  • Newspapers and Periodicals:

    The National Archives of Pakistan have a large collection of newspapers and periodicals. This Collection consist 1530 titles. The oldest file is of Mufomlite Agra relating to year 1848.   • Archives Library:

    The National Archives of Pakistan has established an Archives library with a focu on Pakistan Movement and history of South Asia.The library braes 150 books on the War of independence 1857. See List...
  • Oral Archives:

    The NAP has also preserved documentaries on the Quaid-i-Azam and Pakistan Movement, besides interviews of prominent Muslim League leaders on audio and video systems.

  • Technical Units:

    The National Archives has two technical units to repair, restore and copy the materials, these are known as Reprographic Unit and Repair and Conservation Unit. These units possess modern equipment and apply new techniques to restore and save the archival material.A mobile Microfilming system is also available to microfilm the private collections at the doorsteps of the custodian on their acceptability.
